Coordinated by: Marilyn Jung and Yoshiko Sunahara.

An exhibition of painting and collages by the late Walter Toshiyuki Sunahara brought together the culmination of a lifelong study and art practice. Through his works, he was able to externalize his dreams and memories and pay homage to the major themes of his life, drawing elements from the natural world and intertwining these motifs with personal observations. The works were inclusive and unique, completed prior to his passing and have never been shown in public. This exhibition originated at the Blyth Festival Art Gallery courtesy of the curators, Beverly and Ronald Walker.
